EXERCISING OF ROLES, JURISDICTION AND CONSULTATIONS

A - The authority shall effectively and competently exercise its roles and ‎jurisdiction, with transparency, without any discrimination, and in a ‎manner, that is compatible, with the national plan of the Labour ‎Market.

B - In case the authority is desirous to issue regulations, decisions or ‎take measures, Which may have an impact on the Labour Market, the ‎authority shall carry Consultations with public and relevant parties, ‎with a view to to take their opinions, before issuing any decision or ‎taking such measures.‎ The board shall regulate the consultations in a manner that guarantees ‎access to detailed information and received opinions, for all and the ‎relevant parties.‎
