Domestic Employees Absence from Work Notification

Through this service, employers can notify LMRA of their domestic employee absence from work without any reason or justification..

Service Conditions

  1. The work permit must be valid.
  2. In case the applicant is a person who will act on behalf of the employer (1st degree relative) only.
  3. The employee must have been absent from work without any justifiable reason or notification to the employer.
  4. The domestic employee must be in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Process Description

  1. Visit any of the branches of Labour Marker Regulatory Authority with the required documents.
  2. Present the documents to the Client Services Directorate and pay the service fees.
  3. The application will be processed and the employer will be notified by SMS once the application is processed.
