Update Expatriate Employee Address - Remote Service

This service will allow you to update expatriate residential address. Please keep the expatriate employees ID card number (personal number) and the residential address ready as it will be required during booking the appointment.

Service Conditions

  • The applicant must be registered in the system as a responsible or authorized person in Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) on the establishment.
  • Address can not be updated if it was already changed during the past 30 days in Information & eGovernment Authority system.
  • Remote service will be provided for one expatriate employee only.
  • Expatriate employee work permit must be valid.
  • Please download the Permit/ Service Application Form PDF (1.39 MB) with a copy of the applicant's ID card (authorized/ responsible person) and send it prior your appointment to the following email address: Remote Services (Remoteservices.cs@lmra.gov.bh).

Process Description

  1. Visit the Virtual Service Centre and choose the suitable date at your convenience.
  2. Fill in the Permit/ Service Application Form PDF (1.39 MB) and get it signed by Employer/Responsible/Authorized persons and the expatriate employee, prior to your appointment the form should be sent to: Remote Services (Remoteservices.cs@lmra.gov.bh).
  3. Please keep the expatriate employees ID card numbers and the residential address ready as it will be required during the appointment.
  4. Service will be provided only for Employer/Responsible/Authorized persons.
