Decree No. (75) of 2023 Appointment of Chief Executive Officer of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority

We, Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa King of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
After reviewing the constitution,
Act No. 19 of 2006 regarding regulating the labour market, and its amendments,
Decree No. 28 of 2021 on the appointment of an Undersecretary and two Assistant Undersecretaries in the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism,
Decree No. 13 of 2023 regarding reorganizing the Labour Market Regulatory Authority,
On the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority,
Upon the Minister of Labour's proposal,
With the approval of the Council of Ministers,

We have decreed the following:

First Article
Mr. Nibras Mohamed Ali Taleb is appointed as a Chief Executive Officer of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority for a period of three years.

Second Article
The Minister of Labour shall implement the provisions of this decree, which shall apply from the date of its issuance, and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
