Can the employer request the vacancy for the applications submitted be advertised in a particular newspaper?

Yes, once he/she submits the application he/she will need to make an electronic ticket on the eSupport system mentioning the application ID and the name of the Newspaper he/she wishes the advertisement to be announced in.
