Fifth Goal: Gender Equality

The Labour Market Regulatory Authority, under the umbrella of gender equality, contributed to promoting equal opportunities among its employees in various directorates, which is part of the procedures for employment, training, providing scholarships, career advancement, and ensuring that the needs of working women are integrated, thus achieving a high rate of female employment reaching (51%). The Authority is keen on assigning women to executive roles, the Authority includes (1) deputy CEO, (1) advisor, (2) female directors and (34) female heads of units and departments.
